Defined strategy for Facebook Pages team, which ultimately led to new CRM tools being built for businesses on Facebook

UBER (2014)

Uber's first MBA intern. Defined a framework for growing Uber's driver base. Identified opportunity to optimize Uber's driver onboarding funnel. Created new program called UberGOAL focusing on improving drivers' first 30 days which was operated after I left.
